The renovation and modernization of and retired Sears department store building at the Global Mall. The end cap store is situated on 17 acres of future development and parking.  This location is ideal for dense employee headcounts, and parking of 7/1000.  

Bridgestone space located on the second floor is approximately 75,000sf.  The plan utilizes a concept of streets and neighborhoods as an organizational  method.  The public common areas are situated on the main street, and the departments are placed remotely.  

Significant consideration was given to the interior branding of the space.  graphic branding tells the bridgestone store, and helps to orient within the vast floor plan.

Lipscomb University has signed a 12 year lease on a 20,000 square foot space downtown Nashville.  This space will host events during the day and will host graduate classes in the evening.  Additionally, The Well-coffee house will occupy space here.

This full floor tenant in the Franklin Tennessee compressed their real estate down to 120sf per person. They achieved his by compressing the personal space and increasing the public space of the floor.  The space has a self service convenient store that doubles as their break area.

The use of color throughout the space helps to organize work groups together, and to departmentalize the company.

Rolling Hills Community Church is a 60,000sf church facility inside a warehouse.  We most recently completed a student, children, and infant classroom addition.    

A complete gut and rebuild of an existing structure allowed for a reorganization of work groups, and work styles.  The space gives a message to the employees that the company appreciates them, as a result the culture has also been reborn.
