• following the belief that "form follows function".  We are focused on human interaction within the space and we design from the inside out.

• small shop- we are a small team of design professions and we will always be a small team. scaling up is not our plan.

Golden rule-treat others the way you would like to be treated

Walk in the clients shoes-Trying to understand where the client is coming from.  They may not always be right or correct but they are never wrong.  They do not understand what we do, or how we do it.  Remember that we have training, knowledge, and experience that they trust we are applying to their project.

We an A student-An A student completes their assignment in style.  They double check their work, do extra, and complete on time. An A student is always perfecting their skills, honing their craft.  Striving to get better and smarter. 

We are a rock band- A rock band is composed of several talented members that come together to make art/music. Individually they may have the ability to play solo, but together they are know as a band. Their work is creative, fun, rewarding.

Be professional-We agree to be professional. Professional does not mean being corporate it means how you act, how you communicate how you present yourself.  Professional is main occupation, a career not a past time. Are you career minded?
